The Adult Ministry

This group began approximately 9 years ago. It was originally intended for people 50 years of age and older and was named The 50+ Ministry. However, last year we changed the name to include all adults and named it The Adult Ministry. Our purpose is to help members of the congregation and community as well as several out-reach programs to far-reaching areas of the world. We also strive to promote camaraderie between our members while we enjoy each other’s company.
Some of our present Outreach activities consist of:

December 9, (Thursday night at 6:00 pm.) We are joining the Primetimers for a Christmas Program. This will be in the auditorium of Mount Vernon Baptist on Nuckols Rd.
Health Kits for the needy are ready for delivery both locally and world wide.
The group collect and distribute school supplies for needy children in our own community.
